Proposals

Every commission begins with a written proposal covering scope, timeline, deliverables and fees. Work starts once the proposal is approved in writing by both sides.

Payment

Fees are invoiced as agreed in the proposal — typically a deposit to secure dates with the balance on delivery. Late payments may pause outstanding work until the account is settled.

Intellectual property

Final delivered work is licensed to the client as set out in the proposal. Working files, treatments and unused concepts remain the property of the studio unless otherwise agreed.

Changes

Two rounds of reasonable revision are included in most commissions. Material changes to scope after approval are quoted separately before work continues.
